It depends on the actual last date that your cancellation had to be received by Vodafone. If this was one or two days ago, you could try and hope - but if it's more than that, it'll be definitely too late and your contract will extend.
Anyhow - you may still extend your contract with other conditions if you want (for additional two years)...
