Difference in order & contract pricing

Placed an order online with order number ******** with 2 mobile numbers.

The second mobile number was supposed to be Red + Allnet for EUR 15,99 per month (first 3 months free), without any connection fee.

When I received contract for the same (contract number ***), it says the rent is EUR 20,99 per month with EUR 39,99 connection fee.

Why the discrepency? Kindly clarify & send updated contract.
