I got a contract through Logitel and it was promised a refund on the installation fee (39.99 EURO), already clicked the button on the mobile app and never received it, and the portability was also promised but never got that, if it's possible I would like to receive the refund for that too.
Also, I can't attach my mobile contract to my Vodafone account because I never received a customer password for that contract.

Hi @cassianomon,
Regarding the customer password have a look at your contract you got via post mail. There should be normally a small field "Kundenkennwort", shouldn't it?
When the refund button was able in the app you pushed then you should get the refund with the next invoice.
When did you sign the contract? You have normally 14 days time only to activate the refund about the MeinVodafone app.
