2nd Complaint of wrong billing- immediate action required

Hello ,

This is my second complaint to Vodafone for charging me for wrong billing. Previously I had the same problem, where Vodafone charged me for four numbers/accounts, which I was not aware of. For this, I have sent a compliant email in oct 2016. At that time, after my complaint, Vodafone refunded me the complete amount of 857 Euros.
Again, this time I have noticed the same issue and approached Vodafone store in Bonn- Bad Godesberg today ( 26th Oct 2019). Where your colleague Mr. xxx  was very helpful in identifying the issue again for wrong billing. Below are the details:

1) xxx I do not know this number, I have never used it but Vodafone is charging me 29.99 Euros since 5th July 2017 till 5th Oct 2019. i.e 29.99 x 27 months ( till 5th Oct 2019) = 809.73 Euros. I would like to ask Vodafone to refund this money into my account immediately.
2) Also, I have Vodafone internet at home since feb 2018. Where it was agreed and I pay 34.98 euros every month, but Vodafone is charging me 34.98 plus another 3.99 Euros for some sicherheits Packet which I never asked for. Its very disappointing to add this hidden charges without an agreement. i.e 3.99 x 18 months ( since feb 2018 till now ) = 71.82 Euros.
Request you to please cancel the above immediately and refund the amount ( 809.73 + 71.82 = 881.55 Euros ). It is very disappointing to have this issue once again after I faced it before in 2016. Being a long-term customer of Vodafone I was not expecting this kind of service or hidden charges from a reputed company like Vodafone. Kindly solve this issue immediately and refund the amount. As this issue is repeating again and again, it is making me reconsider, whether or not I want to be a customer of Vodafone in the future.
