new contract and termination

Hello, my contract will be end at 4th of February for internet & telephone. I would like to make a new contract for internet. However, I am not sure how long I can stay in Germany. If I will leave to other country, is it possible to terminate immediately? For example, if I will leave in March, and I will inform to you that in the February. Then, Is it possible to cancel the contract in March?

Hello ChloeKim26,

even if you leave Germany the contract won’t end with the date of your move. Due to German law the contract will end three months after the leaving date.

You don't have to sign a new contract. We can postpone the cancellation date. If that's what you want, we have to hurry. Send me the following informations in a private message:

- date of birth

- address

- customer number

- new date for cancellation
