Hello Team,

 i have moved from Passau to Hessen last week. .  my customer kunden nummer is ***. i have already informed about my move via online service. but the service  is not yet activated. kindly help me out. i have already informed all online authorities but I got no response.

i have moved on 21st august 2020. i have reporte the move 5 days earlier.

the vodafone customer contacted me and said it is not possible to provide connection to the new address. hence the kabel contract got cancelled. now i have switched to unitymedia for kabel. but facing same internet issue
