the internet connection is too unstable.
everyday, the internet did not connect during a few hours and re-connected a few hours.
this situation repeat everyday. when internet is not connecting, the lights of the router just blinking.
sometime, the internet did not work for a whole day.
I have had contact with vodafone custumer center several times and they just said there was no problem.
so i try to wait just solved. but it has not been solved from last 6 month

as i told you, the internet just keeps on and off every day.
even i didn't do anything.
for now, it is not working.
please keep monitoring and solve this problem.

at the moment, the connection is also online.
Did you use a timeswitch for the cable-router or the socket?
If we instruct a technician and he find out, that the problem is your fault, it cost 99,50€. Only he find out, that's our problem, it's free for you.

no, i didn't use any timeswitch.
if a technician find out it is your fault, can i pay back for time internet didn't work?
and i just worry about when a technicain come to check my internet, the internet work well and he just say there are no problem. but after he will leave the internet don't work again.
i jsut want to make sure, a technician check everything, even the internet is work at the time he come here.
