Our Wi-Fi is very bad and last time we tried to ask for technician to come, but then no one showed up. Now we got charged for € 99.5 for service fee for device setting and / or error analysis.

 

And I posted here once. At the end, no one dealt with the issue. And now, you even charged me money for no reason. Is Vodafone a fraud ??

That's a bit extreme isn't it? Mistakes can be made. Did you try to clear it up with them? Also, in my opinion and I'm just a Vodafone customer (although I do happen to be an IT-person), I don't think Vodafone can really do much about WiFi... unless you mean your internet in general?

Have you written here about your problems to get some tips on how to fix your WiFi problems?

Of course everyone can make mistakes, but Vodafone so far has been abusing of me as a customer.

I asked for support since November, after a few phone calls i managed to ask for a techician support.

I had to take a day off, and NO ONE showed up for the entire day!

On top on that now they even charge me 99,5 euro for NOTHING!

Right now i m more than frustrated! Germany is know for being one of the leading country in the world, i dunno if people are used to this kind of service here, but for me it's unacceptable.

 

I meant that my Wi-Fi gets disconnected over and over, i ask at the Vodafone shop several times for support, but i ve always been redirected to the Hotline, since i called ( more than 3 months ago) NOTHING ever happened, and NOBODY ever showed up. If they can do nothing about this issue ( which i really doubt ), then why pretending about trying to fix it, and than even charge me for that.
