Hello,
On 30th Sep 2019, I had called to costumer service just to enquire about the moving service and told the him about my possible new address. Mistakenly he started the moving service and a week later my contract with no. XXXXXXXX is moved to new address and I got a digital contract with the contract no. XXXXXXXX. So I immediately informed to the vodafone about the situation and the official person assured me that the everything will be reverted back to the original. But last week my vodafone account with contract no. XXXXXXXX is deactivated and I got a letter with new contract no XXXXXXXX. So, I want to know abot the current status the all contracts and furthers instructions. If there is any possibility to end contract, please let me know as sson as possible. Because there is too much confusion.
