Hi,
I've migrated my contract from my old appartement (DSL) to my new appartement (Kabel).
Everything's okay, but they cannot terminate my old contract until I fill out the "Anbieterwechselformular" correctly.
It's about migrating or terminating my old phone number, and I'd like to terminate/cancel it.
I've found my old contract, so I know my old phone number, but there is no Information about my old phone provider. I can't select Vodafone in the form ... Few days ago I sent the form by post, I filled out "Vodafone" as the old provider but they rejected it.I've found my old contract.
Any idea , what should I do ? My old appartement is in in Trier (54290).

Hello arvai,
You don't have to take the number with you. Your dsl contract is terminated now. You will get the confirmation in the next days.

I understand you correctly: You switched from Vodafone DSL to Vodafone cable? Send me the following informations in a private message:
full name
address
customer numbers of your cable and DSL-contract

You don't have to take the number with you. Your dsl contract is terminated now. You will get the confirmation in the next days.

I still get the emails from Vodafone kabel about the migration of my phone number.
I just want to get rid of it.... nothing else :'(

Hello arvai,
to avoid misunderstanding: the dsl contract is from vodafone, right? Ewetel is indicated in the form as the previous provider.

Yes, Vodafone is the previous but I can't select vodafone in the list.... where i shall select the previous provider.
I spend 2 hours with calling the customer support this evening too... looks like nobody understands my problem.
Tina. You are the last hope in the unverise.
Otherwise I have to pay 30eur/month until the Armageddon.
