Title: Request for Cancellation of old contract + Refund
Dear Sirs,
I am writing you to inform you that I have a series issue with Vodafone regarding invoices which requires immediate resolving.
I realized that I got transfers from my bank account to Vodafone 4 times per month!! This is NOT RIGHT and I need an urgent solution.
After investigation, I was much surprised to know that you still charge my old account (4322****) despite the fact that I moved house from Jena. When I moved to a new home in Bovenden on August 2017, I visited Vodafone store in Goettingen and I explained clearly that I moved from old home in Jena to a new home in Bovenden and requested a TRANSFER of account.
I therefore ask you kindly to cancel the old account in Jena: Kundennummer 4322*****. Moreover, I ask you for a full refund for the money you have charged me after the move process. I have attached to you some examples of the charges you have done to my account as well as email to one member of your staff where I clearly mentioned that I am moving home from Jena to Goettingen.
On the other hand, I would like an explanation on all these charges? Why I am charged for TV or Sky which I have not ordered?
