Termination of Cable Internet contract - leaving Germany

I've already requested termination of my contract via MeinVodafone around a month ago,
and only today I've got a Abmeldung document from Bürgeramt.
Could you please tell me where should I send the scan of Abmeldung document and what to do next?

the termination is already set correctly. We don't need deregistration anymore.

Are you sure that I don't need to send Abmeldung scan? because I remember it was a mandatory condition.

And I didn't receive still any official confirmation by mail from Vodafone in my postbox.

Could you please clarify as well where and when I need to send my Kabelbox and until which date I have to pay?

yeah, I'm sure. We have confirmed the cancellation by e-mail already on 23.08.2019. Please have a look into the spam folder.
