if the new address is not supplied by us, the contract can be terminated with a period of 3 months. If we can provide, the contract moves with it.

Thanks for your response.
I have a new contract with you on my new address. But I didn't do it with umzug service and just opened a new one cause there was a period of time when I needed internet connection in both places.
I can provide all information with new kundenummer and also can send registration paper.

then I guess we have a little problem now. Unfortunately, it is the wrong way to simply make a new contract. There are now 2 contracts at different addresses without information that you have moved. I can take a look at that but I can't promise in advance that we can do anything about it. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.
