Hello,

I tried calling customer support but was advise to use the forum for support since English is used here. 

 

I am a new Red Internet & Phone 100 switching from old 1&1 DSL internet service.

 

The Vodafone website declare that they will automatically handle the termination of my original 1&1 Internet service.

 

How do i know if the cancellation has started? 1&1 Call Centre informed me that they receive no order from Vodafone and is still charging me aa active customer. 

 

Please help?

Hello Patrick_English,

 

I will be happy to help you. Did you indicate in your order that you want us to take over the change of supplier for you? In this case you will receive a form for the change of provider, where you also have to fill in your phone numbers that you want to take with you. Did you receive this form and send it back filled out?
