I am sorry that I am writing in English, since my Germany skill is not enough to aks you some questions.
I canceled my vodafon-dsl contract and today is my last day.
So I would like to return my router to Vodafone, but I didn't get any return label or anything.
Could you please send me the return label, or let me know where I can find this?

Hello parking,
is it about DSL or cable? You write DSL, but post the article on the Kabelboard. In which federal state do you live?
For Vodafone Kabel Deutschland I can tell you that it is not possible to send you a return slip. This was originally enclosed with the device. If there is no longer one, the return is at your own expense (AGB). You will find the return modalities on the cancellation confirmation.

sorry, I meant Kabel.
The tariff was Red Internet & phone 50 Cable and my vertragsnummer is ***.

I upgraded the Internet bundle to a faster internet line,
I have an old router of 25Mbps.
What i should do with the old router,
To send it back or to throw it.
Already 3 months passed, i contact the support but they sent me to the forum,

Hi Rami6,
usually you have to send back the old router. Please have a look in the letter, which came with the new device. There are the instructions, what to do. ![]()
