Hello everyone,
I am a new customer of vodafone and got my router a week ago. 3 days ago I tried to connect the router to the data socket in the new flat, but the internet indicator on the router flashes red. The WiFi network appears in the list.
What can I do to fix it or can anybody help please?
The router I got is "HomeBox Fritz!Box 6591".

Hello MaksSh,
if the router does not come online by itself, a technician has to get out. Have you already reached somebody on the hotline
If not, I can take a look at it.
Please send me a PN with your customer data (name, address, customer number and date of birth).
Please contact me again here when you have sent me the data.
