Now one of the vodafone agents have come to my home and made a new contract for a new plan and they have given a new Router. and the Kundennummer is ***
What is the process of returning the old router. Can you please help ?

Really appreciate your gesture for sorting out this issue.
I had one query. As the new contract now has started from the 10 March 2020 , and as i have already paid my rentals under my old contract for March and April 2020. Will the money paid under old contract for (March & April 2020) will be refunded back to me , as I am paying for 2 connections even though I have actually used only 1 connection during March & April 2020.

we charge the fees until 18th of april. We cannot offer you a refund. Sorry.

@Tina : Ideally you should not have charged me for all the mess created by consultants who visited my home for a single connection with 2 contracts. Anyway , its fine .
But now I have a new surprise , i recieved on 5th June the following devices at my home .
2 piece of GiGa TV OTT Box and 1 piece of GigaTV 4K Box. - Total of 3 boxes.
Can you please let me know why this has been sent to me. i have never ordered Giga TV.

the consultant was probably of the opinion that you also need TV contracts and has booked the full program. We can cancel that for you.

Hi @Thomas ,
The contract created only mentioned (Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable) in Feb / March 2020. I dont know where this GIGA TV popped up and that aslo in June.
Sorry to say, but i am not happy for all the confusion created from the start of the contract.
Please help me with the following requests: -

I have revoked the contracts on GigaTV. You will receive written confirmation within the next few days. The fees will be refunded automatically.
I have cancelled the security package. You will also receive a written confirmation within the next days. So everything should be fine.
