To whom it may concern,
I would like to make a complaint about one of your employee: Roman ***. Mr Roman came to my house and announced that Vodafone has an incredible offer: Fiberglass internet for only 20Euros per month plus I will get the Vodafone receiver/kabel with 100 channels for free. He also mentioned that Vodafone will take care of cancelling my current internet contact with the provider Easybell!
After receiving my bills per post and realising that the amounts were way higher than agreed, I called Mr Roman and he mentioned that it was a mistake and he will look into it! After not hearing from him for a couple of days I called back and he lied to me and said it is because I did not cancel my other internet contract and that Vodafone sent me a letter requesting some details about my old provider, that I need to address and that is the reason they were not able to cancel it yet! I realised that he was lying and called kundenservice, they informed me that Mr D***has placed me on a totally different contract which states that I need to pay for my receiver/kabel and that the internet is 20 Euros for the first 7 months and after that I will have to pay 50!
I have been trying to call Mr Djazairi a dozen times per day for over a two weeks period, and he doesn’t answer my calls anymore!
Please understand that I already have internet, didn’t need a new one, and it is not me who went to Vodafone! He came to my house and gave me an offer too good to be ignored! And also the receiver/kabel is not even set up! Since the internet receiver is in a different room than the TV, he was not able to connect it!
I really do not understand how does Vodafone employ such people? He literally scammed me! And the only reason I trusted this guy is because he was from Vodafone! I am shocked and frustrated!
Bottom line, first I would like to see if there is any chance to modify the contract he put me on and second to make a complaint about Roman ***! I would definitely recommend that you fire him! He is definitely making Vodafone look very bad!
Thank you so much.
Best regards,
Ralph Hazouri

Hello RalphH,
I am very sorry about what happened and that you feel badly advised at this point. Maybe there was just a misunderstanding here. Have you looked at your order confirmation and checked what is stated there. You will get it to read and compare. If you do not want the contract at all, you can cancel it. But it is correct that we can only cancel the contract with your current provider after we have received a completed provider change form from you.
Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message. Afterwards, please contact me again here in the thread.
Best regards
Nancy
