Hello,
I'm trying to fill in a complain on your online form but I'm getting blocked on:

Please check your input
Whatever I'm putting, I'm not going to the next screen, ....
My complain is about being overbilled since april 2019 for ADSL 16 of 29.99 euros only ask. I would like to get reimbursed the difference.

you are welcome to tell us your request here. Which invoice item is wrongly calculated? Has a discount possibly expired?

I summarized the issue below: since April I wanted the 29.99 euros ADSL 16 only contract. The execution on Vodafone side is different.
