Hello
Can someone please help me
I need to know what is the status of my new contract if I can carry on using the same fritz box I have etc
I keep geting diferent emails on the phone the person said I could still using the same fritsz box no need to installs anything again

Hello I had a 2 year contract for home internet
before that was expired I did a new contract with mobile sim card too Giga combi
the agent I spoke on the phone said I would keep the same fritz box I have 6490 I think is call not sure
so no new hardware would be need no need to set up new conection
but I got an email saying new hardware would be send to me I call back and said that I want to use the same stuff I have now
so they said ok and cancel the sending of new hardware
so I call again and they confirm I would keep using the same connection I have with same fritz box no need to change
but now I am afraid but conection would just drop and I would need to set up the connection again etc
can you please confirm what they said over the phone that all stay the same in terms of me keeping the hardware in place with the connection I have to the new contract?
