Hi. I tried to call the Hotline 3times but they can not hear me, but if I call someone else I don’t have such problems.
So I went to Vodafone shop about 1 week ago to make a contract for the Internet. I told them that I’m going for vacation for 3weeks so I won’t be home, so I asked if the papers and everything can be sent after 3 weeks, they said it is ok. But now I see on my email that the router has been sent already, so what is going to happen if I don’t take it from the post? Is it going to be sent back? What should I do in this situation?

Since we are talking about a DSL-contract, i will take care of your request from now on.

This contract was ordered without a specific delivery/activation date , this means as soon as possible.
I can resend you the router, but this makes only sense if you are present.
