Vodafone created by mistake a second Kabel contract for me, sending me 2 different router. After figuring out which one to use I need to send back the wrong one but I would like to know if I need to buy the DHL parcel or it's up to Vodafone, which would make sense since this was not my mistake.

can someone help ? Thx

Hello Ilenia,

unfortunately you cannot choose which router you use. It has to be the right one for your contract, because this is the only way to make sure that everything works. Unfortunately, a return slip cannot be sent, so check if one was in the package. Please remember that just sending it back is not enough to revoke a contract. There is always a cancellation necessary, which you can send via the contact form.
