Hi,

 

I recently moved out of Germany and I submitted a cancellation request few weeks ago, when I received my abmeldung confirmation; I received a confirmation emai from Vodafonel with vetragsende 4.8.2020. Can you please clarify when the contract is actually cancelled and by when I need to send back the cable device?

I'll take over for Tina.

 

You told us on 31.10.19 that you are moving back to Spain. I have adapted the notice now after the telecommunications law. This means that the contract ends with a period of 3 months, i.e. on 30.01.2020. You will receive a new confirmation promptly to your e-mail address.

Please note that the cancellation only affects the Internet via cable. If you still have a mobile phone, you have to cancel it separately.
