Hi there,
I was thinking about upgrading my internet speed to 250/25 from my current 200/12 since the price is the same but there is no option to do that. Can you explain me why I cannot upgrade to desired speed?
Upgrading to 500 or 1000 is available.
On the other hand, I have Home Box option enabled for 5 euros a month. I would like to update my "Home Box" to new version with better WIFI with upgrading my network. How can I do that?

I can offer you the following, the change to Red Internet & Phone250 Cable from the 1st-3rd month for 29,99 Euro and afterwards 39,99 Euro per month. There is a one-time fee of 9,99 Euro for the change.
You can still use your box.

it may well be that it is due to your tariff and therefore this change is not possible. But I would like to have a look at it and which HomeBox you use. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message and then get back to me here in the thread.

Looks like new speed is already applied. Download speed seems to be fine and even over 250 in some cases but upload is still very poor. It is very important to me to have stable fast upload and right now I am missing more than 25% of what I should have. Can you please take a look why is this happening?
My computer is connected over LAN cable directly to the Box. No other devices were using the bandtwith in the time of the tests.
