Internet really slow(2.6Mb) for the last 2 weeks

I'm sorry to write here directly in english, but I'm at the Beggining with my German lessons.

For the last few weeks, after 20:00, the internet is really slow. I live in ***

I've done the following with no success:

- use cable

 use a different computer

 stop / start the fade after waiting for 10 sec

 reset the modem

The same result, the internet is really slow. I do not know what to do.
