My Internet connection (Red&Internet 200 Cable) is not working since Thursday.
The admin area (192.168.0.1) Router > Basic > My Network shows 0 US channels (there is 1 DS channel). I've tried unplugging etc. I've tried restarting it to the Factory settings to no avail.
Tried to reach +49 800 7242643, was told it will connect within 3 hours but it still does not work. Tried to reach +49 800 52 666 25 but I do not speak German and I think the system is not able to identify me. (What should I click
I visited a Vodafone Shop at Friedrichstr, Berlin, was told that I need to sign up to the Meine Vodafone. Unfortunately, the guy restarted my Activation Key so I would have to wait 5 days for a new one.
What are my options?

Hello maurycy,
I assume the connectivity problems are caused by the bad signal. I would like to send a technician to get this fixed, can I use the phone number with *604 at the end for the disposition? If I shall use another number, please send it via PM and reply here again. The colleagues will call you to make an appointment.

Could someone reply?
It's not working already for 5 days (!!!). The infoline is not helpful, telling me it will work within 3 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours etc.

Woah, we're about to start the 6th day without Internet! And the only info I get from +49 800 52 666 25 is it will be back soon. Could someone reply and let me know what are my options here?
