Hi! We just ordered the Red Internet und Phone 50 Cable and received the devices on Saturday. We tried installing the Kabelbox yesterday but to no success. The Power and @ LED continues to blink for more than 15 minutes. We are unable to connect successfully to the internet. Could you please help us solve this problem?

Call the contract hotline, 0800 2787000. Say the self-installation failed. Then a technician will be sent to you.
