Incorrect bill - high amount

Hello,

I got a new cable connection with Giga TV, and i was told the price would be 50 Euros. all inclusive ....

Further, I was told i would be given a 1st month discount over my bill for the new connection. (Advantage

as invoice credit)

Unfortunately, I got the first bill with 70.0 euros. !! .. I tried to reach out via Whatsapp / Call no one could help. This forum is my last hope.

what are the costs on the order confirmation? Have you checked the individual items in the invoice?
