Hello moderators,
Please I need help canceling my internet at home (not my mobile).
I have a Kabel-Power (mit W-Lan) package. The contract says "Red Internet & Phone 400
Cable".
I can send my information via private message.
There is no particular reason. I just want to cancel the internet service at my home.
Please help.

You can simply cancel the contract using the "Kontaktformular".
Please keep in mind that the first possible date for cancelling the contract is 24 months after signing it (with a 3 months notification period, that means your cancellation has to be received by Vodafone at least 3 months before the end of the 24-months-period) - otherwise the contract will be automatically renewed for further 12 months.
