I do not speak german. I went online and ordered internet service. I was able to get through the customer service phone number to a representative but I was told the house was only wired for TV, not internet, and they would have to send someone out to set it up. The representative then transferred me but someone else but it was TKS. The TKS representative then went on to tell me I'd have to order through TKS in order to have someone set up the line which is triple the price of vodafone. I am just trying to establish service through vodafone for internet.
