[English] Cable internet change current tariff

Hi,

first of all I'm sorry I can't write in German.
I currently have the "Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable" tariff which I contracted through check24 and for which I pay 19.90 euros per month. As I get from check24, after the first year of contract I could lower the speed to 50 Mb/s and pay 29,90 during the second year.
I would like to know how I can do this.
