Hi,
I've got a problem with my order of Kabel Deutschland. DHL failed to deliver my package box. The online tracker says: "Die Sendung lagert bis weitere Maßnahmendurch den Absender verfügt werden". It also says that they could not find my name in the postbox/doorbell. I chose to deliver it at my office, so my name wont be in the postbox, I'm not sure why they didn't try to bring it to the floor I specified.
Is it possible to setup a new delivery date and specify that the building is an office or maybe make it possible to pick it up at a package station??
