Customer portal activation code? (English)

Hey,

We have a problem getting activation code for the customer portal.

I'm renting an apartment and the cable contract is on landlords name. Presumably the problem here is that post can not be delivered to the address as the residents name is different.

do I understand it correctly, the contract is with the landlord and he is our contractual partner? Then only he can activate the account.

Yes that is correct but my landlord can not get the activation code.
I assume this was sent by post and post can not be delivered to the address as the name on mailbox is different. How can he get the code?

Hello mikran,

Your landlord has to register himself and request this code. He can also have it sent to him by e-mail.

Can you tell exactly what he should do. We're not able to get these form working.

New account registration does not work.

We do not have such code. We have "Kundennummer" and "Vertragsnummer".

The form at address https://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone/account/aktivierungscode/kundennummer gives error

So I'd like to know what are the steps that my landlord should follow to  get his account created.

Hello mikran,

he simply contacts customer service or opens his own thread. Then he can simply have an activation code sent to him.
