Cost of the new router

Dear Sir/Madam,

Regarding my new contract (xxx), your colleague didn't tell me that there will be this charge of 29.99€ fee for changing the router. The old router has been almost 5 years old and doesn't support the new 100m contract well. That's why I called and agreed to get a new router and send the old one back for free.
If now the router will cost 29.99€, I would decide to cancel it and get a new router by myself. The overall service is disappointing to me so far.

I have checked and you will not be charged for changing the device in your case. Your colleague has waived the fees. Unfortunately the costs are listed in the letter to you, which is a bit confusing. But you don't have to worry, everything is stored in your data.
