hallo,
my problem is that
I have sent two termination letters in half year, but have not received the confirmation yet.
Now I know the reason from your service, my contract is Kabel, but I sent letters to Ratigen.
Moreover, I have sent the boxes back also to Ratigen.
please tell me what should I do now, that will be really nice I could solve the problem this time, because I have paid without service for half year......I know my mistake, but please help.

Hi Dasheng,
thanks for your DMs.
We were able to find you letters an your router.
Based on your first letter of November 2018, the contract would have expired on 01.02.2019.
I have terminated the contract immediately and have arranged for the calculated amounts to be refunded from 01.02.2019.
Regarding your question about the amount of the bill: the contract only cost 19,99 Euro in the first year. From the second year you paid the regular price of 44,99 Euro.
