Hello,
I hope it is fine if I speak english. 11 days ago, I made a contract for Vodafone Red Cable 500Mbps, with order number *** . Even thought, I have noted to your colleague that the contract should be active in my new apartment on 8th of January, which it seems by mistake he didn't do and the contract seems to be active already. I got SMS saying that I need to activate my modem in next 5 days on Sunday, however, that is impossible for me because I am getting keys from new apartment on 8th January. Yesterday, I had a call with the Red Internet office and they told me that I need to withdraw or cancel the contract (within 14 days it should be free) and then when I get a confirmation of the cancellation, create a new contract with the set activation date in January. I also got email for cancellations widerruf@vodafone.com, but today morning I got a response to ask my question on this forum. They gave me my customer number - ***.
Would you be so kind and cancel my contract, so I can make a new one, with the right date? Can you please help me, it is starting feeling like in Kafka's Process.

I managed to get someone to call support and they changed the date of activation to 8th of January, so please do not cancel the contract.
