Hi,
name: Ixxx
customer number: xxx
I reached out on below topic on 1st july, but no response received.
hence writing again.
This is in regard to the ongoing contract with vodafone, As i have moved to a diff city and i am not longer able to continue my contract i have decided to close it for which i have already sent a request,
after speking to the executive i got to know my bill has been increased to 48 euros from 15 euros which is unacceptable.
i have always been a vodafone customer and further would be if i keep receveing the support from the company.
honestly the amount is way to much for me and i can not use the service as well as the flat already have an internet connection to it.
please co-operate with me and reduce the prices back.
thanks
ixxx
Edit: Please never post personal data here Kind regards Heike (Mod)

At first:
In case of a landline contract, your contract will be closed with a 3 months notice period beginning the earliest by the day you move (but not earlier than the day you inform Vodafone about your move). You'll then have to pay the contractual fees for these 3 months - and you'll have to return the router.
Second thing:
The move does not influence your monthly prices, BUT in case your contract contained a reduced fee for the inital year and the regular fee for the second year, that change will be applied nevertheless of your move.
And please be aware that a premature cancellation is only possible in case the contract cannot be fullfilled as contractually agreed at the new address. In case it can be fullfilled, it'll move and you'll have to pay a movement fee. It does NOT matter if you already have another line at the new address (e.g. if the internet is provided by the landlord).
