I have an cable internet connection. I have left Germany on Dec 2019. I am being still charged every month.
What is the procedure to close the contract. Let me know the procedure urgently.

we got your moving notice. Your contract will now be terminated with a 3 month notice period. So exactly to 10.05.2020. Until this date the tariff will be charged. Please send our cable router back to the following address:

Hi video,
you must inform us of your move. Simply use the moving form. Then your colleagues will process it and terminate the contract.

Hello, I have filled in the moving form. When will my contract end. After the confirmation from vodafone i will n eed to close my bank account.
Please let me know if there are any other process in termination of contract.

Dear Team,
My contract is getting closed by early May. I have already left Germany to my home country.
I remember I was informed when getting the contract that I will have to inform Vodafone by end March regarding the tariff plan(after year 1).
I wanted to confirm select the plan which have the lowest tariff. Confirm me on the same.

Hello,
My contract termination date is 10 May 2020.
I have mailed the router/modem vodafone on 17 april 2020. Attached is the receipt.
still i strongly hate that vodafone is deducting money from my account on 25 May -14.51€.
I have paid all my dues and returned the modem. closed the connection with advance communication.
I have already left the country and the my bank have money to maintain minimum balance for keeping the account active.
I will not entertain further deduction of money. Requesting to close the contract with immediate effect and stop any further money debits from my account.
Do respond to this email and confirm the closure of contract,.

as confirmed the contract was terminated on 10.05. The invoice issued was the final invoice.
