Hi!
I had a contract for the Home Internet, but after a few months I had to leave Germany and move out. I sent router back via DHL. I just want to check my contract cancelation status. Thanks in advance!

Did you receive a cancellation confirmation?

I got a router via DHL and I just used free back delivery form from the router's box. As far as I remember the address was Kundenservice, 99116 Erfurt.

I hadn't chance to wait for a cancelation confirmation via post. I attached my email for contact, but haven't yet gotten any response.

We've received the device. Unfortunately you did not inform us of your new address. The cancellation is deposited at the end of the contract period. Send me your new address in a pn and I will correct it.
