ich würde gerne meinen Vertrag auf Internet & Phone 50 Cable zu gleichen Konditionen herabstufung aber im Kundenportal unter Tarifwechsel werden mir nur die Businesstarife angeboten. Es wäre schön wenn sich ein Moderator das mal anschauen könnte.
