Dear Vodafone (Mr. Thomas)

 

Formerly, I asked about the cancellation (title: cancel about contract of internet) as names Daisuke, Daisuke2.

This time, I failed to log in and must have changed log in name as Daisuke3.

 

When I asked before, I need to upload the certificate of returning to my country.

Yesterday, I went to the city government and obtained certification for removing my name from the local registry.

Please tell me how to upload.

 

Now I am using the cable internet of Vodafone from 12th of December 2017. I will stop and send back the router.

Once, I asked the place to send back, but now I can't see the former private message.

Also regarding it, please tell me.

I have received your registration certificate and we have received your WLAN cable router. Your contract will be cancelled on 24.11.2018. Your cancellation confirmation was sent on 23.08.2018. Please have a look in your e-mails. Otherwise you can look at the confirmation also in your customer portal.

have you already terminated your contract in writing? When are you moving? Please send me your customer data (customer number, name and address) by private message. You can also send me the de-registration certificate by PN. Let me know in the post as soon as you send me the data.

I terminated your contract with three months' notice under the Telecommunications Act. You will also receive a written confirmation. This will then be stored in the customer portal under Documents. You have to send your device back to the following address:
