I have a Vodafone Cable Contract with tariff: Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable.
In a span of 6 months, I had to move on the connection using the moving service since I was forced to change apartments. The landlord wont allow me to use my Vodafone connection since I have the connection he has in place.
Therefore, there is no scope for the internet connection that I am paying for. Given the situation is not in my favor, I can not use this connection.

At your new address is our internet via cable not possible. So we can cancel your current contract prematurely.

your name
your address
date of birth
your customer number
date of the move

I have already moved to the new apartment on 1st May 2019 and have a rental contract in hand.
I wrote to Stephan in a PM with the relevant details and appreciate if I can get help to cancel as soon as possible.

we terminate the contract with a period of 3 months. The period begins with the day of the removal.
