Cable box blinks red

Hi,

I’ve had my Vodafone cable box for around 6 months now. The connection for the WiFi has worked great up until now, but I just came home and suddenly the internet sign is blinking red. I don’t know what to do. Could someone help me to solve this problem?

if the Internet sign is blinking I assume that not only the wireless connection is affected. If the outage still persists, please send me your customer number, address and date of birth. Reply again here after you sent the details via private message.
