Hello,
I have just now gotten access to the mein kabel portal to check your invoices and you are charging me 2 times for the same thing when I only use it once. My customer number is ***. Please remove the extra digital recorder which I have received and not opened. I thought it was for in case the other failed and remove the extra international Portuguese connection.
They are under the Vertragsnummer:***

Hi I got the contract cancellation which will only happen in 1 year even though I do not use the service.. this is really bad and sad how you scam your customers and do not allow them to change at any point their preferences. I had Vodafone in Portugal and they were very good in any situation that I had issues...
I received the contract resignment. When do I have to send the HD recorder and other stuff back ?
Have you changed my plan to the 200 mbits already ?

Hi Lokuso,
the TV contract is a fixed-term tariff. Therefore it cannot be terminated at any time.
We have also commissioned the changeover for the Internet & Phone tariff.
