Hi
My router is not turning on. I have tried another power cable from a neighbor that has the same router but it still doesn't work. I've spent the last hour ringing the custoemr service lines but no one really speaks English and I've been passed on to three different numbers.
Could someone please help me get a replacement router sent out?
