Hi,

someone, please help me. I've sent letters, tried to call and been paying for this service unable to stop it and not used it for over a year.

I've never heard back from anyone.

The Kundennummer is not recognized when trying to call in or use the online services! I really don't know what to do any more!

Sad to hear that. I'll have a look for you. Please send me a private message with your customer- or mobile number of the GigaCube and your customer password (alternatively name, address and birth date of the contract owner).

Let's find out, why it didn't work yet.
