dsl has stopped working and i can seem to connect to the english speaking operaters in need of help!

can i also add that i have been hung up countless times by operators when asking if they speak english.

Have you tried a factory reset yet?

Which disturbance du you want to report? Is it only DSL or breaks your telephone down, too?
