Hello, dear community!
I have a big problem with VDSL from Vodafone...
I have signed a contract with Vodafone on VDSL 100000 (100 Mbit/s) on 26.09.2018.
It is more than 1 month that I still don't have an Internet connection...
After receiving modem, FritzBox! 7430, I tried to connect and saw Deutsche Telekom Login page... It confused me, and I called Vodafone call-centre, they created a techniker appointment (termin) for me to switch me to the Vodafone network.
I had already 3 appointments... Today was 3-rd appointment when again nobody came... It was my 3rd work holiday, I spent 3 work holidays and 3 days on this problem. And also I had no Internet connection. Vodafone sent me 50gb Always Online Sim card (without MiFi), and now I have only 2 days and it will finish on Monday, November 4th.
I don't know what to do in this situation... Please tell me how can I terminate the contract or push on these technikers if you can, to make them come to my home and do the stuff...
I have my name on the ring on the entrance, my home entrance is very easy to find, Amazon and other services find it without any problems.
Please help me with this problem...

Depending on their logs, i will either escalate the ticket or cancle the contract early.

Now I already have a termin on Wednesday, November 7th, but really I don't believe they will come.
I also afraid to get some holiday from work and again staying without Internet after that...
Could you please prolong my Vodafone Always Online card also, because I'm without connection at home now.

Technikers finally came and resolved an issue.
Now everything is okay.
