Dear Vodafone Community,
At the beginning of April 2020, I moved to a new apartment. I was offered from Vodafone to change my contract to 2Play Jump, because at the new apartment there was cable connection. My previous contract was Red Internet & Phone 50 DSL.
I agreed to change and start the new contract on April 1. I was told by your college to whom I talked on the phone that the old contract would end the moment the new one started.
But I have just noticed that my old contract still continous and I am still paying for it. This is a big problem for me. I am currently paying for two contracts.
I received a letter for returning my old hardware by Vodafone, and I have already sent back the hardware that I used for my old contract. ( I think this means that Vodafone knows that I don't use my old contract anymore, but why haven't they ended my contract? )
I also need the cancellation confirmation document, because my new contract was made on bill of exchange offer ( Wechselangebot ), and if I don't send the proof within the coming days I am going to be charged even more for my new contract.

Hey kledi90am,
if it was a change from dsl to cable with special conditions (Wechselangebot) , the dsl contract should've been cancelled already.
Please send me a private message with your unitymedia customernumber & the activationdate. Also please your DSL customernumber.
