Update on DSL contract request

Guten tag, 

 

on the 14/10/2018 I have requested a DSL Vodafone contract (200 Mbit/s) through the Check24 website.

 

Up until today (25/10/18), I have not received any confirmation from your side that you have received the request and confirmed the date of installation.

 

The reference number giving me by Check24 is XXXXX

 

My request was to set up the internet on the 2/11/2018 (next week), as I need internet for work at home, I would appreciate if you could get in touch with me as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have to cancel the request and find another provider.

Hi ACA87,

 

we do not offer DSL connections with 200 Mbit/s, or do you order a 250 Mbit/s connection?

 

What is the exact name of your tariff? Maybe you ordered a cable connection.

 

I will move your thread to the corresponding board then.
